We take your privacy seriously. Below you will find what personal data we process, why we process it and what rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the GDPR.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is TINOTE s.r.o., with its registered office at Vítězslava Nezvala 2/3, 674 01 Třebíč, Czech Republic.

2. What data we process

We process only what you fill in yourself in the “Book a presentation” form:

• your name,
• your company name, if you give one,
• your e-mail address and phone number,
• your area of interest and the text of your message — what you need to keep records of.

Like any web server, ours also records the IP address and browser details in its operational logs. This serves the operation and security of the website, not to identify you.

3. Why we process the data

So that we can get back to you, arrange a date for a presentation and prepare it for your own equipment. The legal basis is the negotiation of a contract and our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. How long we keep it

For as long as we need to handle your enquiry, and then for as long as our legitimate interest lasts or the law requires — as a rule no longer than three years from our last contact. After that we delete it.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing purposes. Access is limited to the processors who run our website and e-mail, and only under a data processing agreement. We do not transfer the data outside the European Economic Area.

6. Cookies and analytics

Cookie consent on this website is managed by the CookieScript service. On your first visit it asks which categories of cookies you allow and stores your decision in a technical cookie — without it the banner would ask again on every page load. You can change your settings at any time through the „Cookie settings“ link in the footer.

We do not measure website traffic ourselves and we load no third-party content — no maps, videos or advertising scripts. If analytics are added in the future, they will run only with your consent and this page will be updated before that happens.

7. Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and get access to it,
• have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed,
• ask for the data to be erased if we have no reason to keep processing it,
• restrict the processing or object to it,
• receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability),
• withdraw your consent at any time where the processing is based on consent.

8. Security

The website runs over a secure connection (HTTPS). Only the people who handle enquiries have access to the data from the form.
